Baseball
Indian Trail plays
in the Union County Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken
League.
T Ball Boys:
The purpose of the T Ball
Division is to provide an enjoyable,
introductory experience to the game of
baseball. Basic fundamentals of hitting,
throwing, and fielding are taught and the rules
of the game are introduced.
Batters hit off a stationary tee.
**We will offer Girls Softball/T Ball this
year. We encourage girls to play in this
league.
Rookies Boys:
Machine Pitch - This is the next step of
Baseball focusing on advanced techniques of
hitting with a constant pitch preformed by a
pitching machine.
Minors:
Player Pitch - This is the first
introduction to player pitch.
The
emphasis is to provide experience and skills
development required of players in order to
advance to the next level (Majors Program).
ITAA also has Majors and Babe Ruth
divisions.

Youth
Challenge Baseball:
The purpose of Challenge Baseball at Indian
Trail exists to provide the youth an opportunity
to excel in the fundamentals of baseball in a
